Who designs your jewellery?

Our unique Christian jewelry is designed by our designers to creatively  carry the Rose of Bethlehem.

What metals do you use in your jewelry?

We use a wide range of metals from gold, silver or brass plated pendants to full sterling silver and gold. We are also open to customized production for unique metals or setting of gem stones. Please check the specific product’s page for more details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All our Christian necklaces come in an elegant gift box with the inspiring story of the Rose of Bethlehem and care instructions.

I entered the wrong shipping address!

Contact Customer Care immediately and make sure you have your email receipt information, order reference number, and new shipping details in hand. If your order has not left our offices, we can try to make the appropriate shipping changes. If your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

How is my order shipped to me?

Our free shipping carrier is by registered mail which takes up to 21 days. You can upgrade your shipping method for an expedited shipment.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide for the same low cost.  If your are placing your order to be sent to the Philippines, Russia, Greece, Malta, Mexico, Lithuania, Bosnia, Croatia, Estonia, Mexico, China, Brazil or Indonesia, Costa Rica, Greece, Crete, please use ONLY EMS express shipping with tracking, insurance and 6-8 day delivery. We will not send to these countries standard letter post, and if you choose standard letter post, we will upgrade the shipping service automatically for $19.00 US dollars.

How much is shipping?

We provide FREE shipping & handling for orders shipped to most countries. Shipping is fully insured, is made through registered mail and may take up to 21 days to most destinations. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. This usually includes our manufacturing time unless specified otherwise in the product page. You always have the option to upgrade your shipping method for an expedite shipment.

Can I rush my order?

Yes. We offer expedited shipping.

Deliveries outside the US

Choose ONLY EMS EXPRESS if you are having the package delivered to Italy, Spain, Russian, Slovenia, Lithuania, Greece, Croatia, Malta, Mexico, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia or any South American country. We will not replace any standard shipment to these countries.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order by going to your Account page and clicking Order Info. Tracking information will be available soon 1-2 days after your order is shipped on www.USPS.com. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped twice a week and arrive in accordance to the schedule of your chosen delivery method. Please note that some of our unique christian jewellery are custom made and thus take longer to deliver. Please check the specific product’s page for more info.

I haven't received my jewellery yet. What do I do?

You can check on the status of your order by going to your account area at our website or the Order History tab under your Account Settings. If the answer is not there, please contact our customercare@roseofbethlehem.com

Rose of Bethlehem is not responsible for packages detained in customs, or for any security reasons. Please note: WearMyPrayer will not refund any shipping costs due to postal delays, customs inspection, weather or any reason. Returns & Replacements

How do I make an exchange or return my jewellery?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, Please contact Customer Care and send the item you want to return to our office within 30 days of purchase and we'll gladly exchange it for a roseofbethlehem credit or an item of your choice (if available) or receive a refund. Items being returned must be unworn, unused, and include all original packaging.

Promotion Codes

Our promotion codes may be redeemed during the order checkout process. To redeem a promo code, enter the code in the promotion code box during checkout. The promo code reduces your basket subtotal only, and does not apply toward Sales Tax or Shipping and Handling. A promo code can be only used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept most credit cards worldwide. We do not accept pre-paid gift cards, personal checks, money orders.

I received the message that my credit card was declined.

If you get a message that your card was declined, please check the accuracy of your billing information. If you continue to face difficulty with the payment process, you have the option of using your credit card and paying through PayPal (You do not have to be a registered member of PayPal to use their services). What is a CVV2 number?

These are the last three digits that can be found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. For you Amex holders, it's the four digits located on the front of the card. If you're not sure, or the numbers are faded from all that shopping, please contact your credit card company before placing your order.

I have a PayPal account but I cannot complete the payment.

Please click on the link below PayPal Help center. If for some reason you still cannot complete your payment using PayPal, please send us an e-mail with your order details and we will send you an e-mail with a PayPal-Payment-Request so that you may complete your payment. 

My Order didn’t go through

If your order didn't go through the first time, please carefully read the error message. Please do not click "submit" more than once if you're uncertain if your order has been processed. Contact customer care and tell us what your errors message says and we will help figure out what has occurred during your order processing. 

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Please contact our Customer Care department immediately if you would like to change your order. If your order has already shipped, you may return it to us for a credit refund. (A restocking fee of 15% may apply.)

How to I care for the Rose of Bethlehem?

The Rose of Bethlehem is a real flower, carefully handpicked and set in your gorgeous Christian necklace. Each flower is gently and respectfully cleansed and inspected preparing for its journey to you. 

With the right care, the Rose of Bethlehem can bloom over and over again for years.

Please follow carefully the care instructions below:

·         To open the Rose of Bethlehem, drip a few drops of water on the flower or dip the pendant for 3-5 seconds in water. Wait patiently as the flower blooms. It takes about 2-3 minutes for the flower to reach its full bloom, and about one hour for it to fully close, depending on temperature, humidity and prior opening sessions.

·        Do not over wet the Rose of Bethlehem.

·        The Rose is sturdy and resillient, however it is not recomended to place pressure on the petals. Avoid touching the petals when the Rose is in the opening/closing process.

·       Store pendant in its box to assure flower/petals are not being pressed by any object.

·       Do not store pendant in extreme temperatures or humidity.

·       Do not expose pendant to chemicals or detergents.

·       Do not shower or bath with the pendant. Do not wear jewellery while at the sea, in a pool, hot tub.

Remember that this is a real flower and treat it with tenderness. 

How to keep Rose of Bethlehem Jewellery sparkling?

·         Before using commercial silver/gold cleaners - read the label, and if in doubt, do not use a chemical cleaner.

·         Jewelry polishing cloth or sunshine - use lightly to restore luster. 

In any case use extreme caution when cleaning the pendant so as not to damage the flower.

What is Dark Silver or Oxidized Silver Jewellry?

Oxidization is the unique process where silver or gold is dipped in a liquid solution that darkens the color of the metal giving it a less "sparkly" finish. It gives off a vintage, antique feel. 

How do I care for my Oxidized Jewelry?

·         Do not use any tarnish-remover products

·         Do not use jewelry brushes or polishing cloths

·         Do not expose to hot water

·         To clean: use a soft cloth, wipe your jewelry with mild soap and lukewarm water


Leather is not intended to get wet, as water makes it discolor and age before its time--- your leather will remain strong beautiful and colorful if kept clean and dry. Due to the natural properties of leather no two pieces will be alike. Grain and color variation may occur.
